Questions, answered.
What are MELTs?
MELTs are dissolvable wellness strips. You place one on your tongue and it dissolves in about 30 seconds — no water, no pills, no powder. The ingredients are then absorbed through normal physiological processes. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How do I use a MELT?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve in about 30 seconds. No water required. Use daily.
How fast do MELTs dissolve?
About 30 seconds on the tongue — no water needed.
How long does shipping take?
US orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Regular shipping typically arrives 2–4 business days after shipping; Express 1–3 business days. International orders typically take 3–5 business days after shipping, plus any customs time. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — if we can't ship within 30 days we'll notify you and offer a refund.
What's your return policy?
Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — opened or unopened, it doesn't matter. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer multi-pack discounts?
Yes. Every MELT is available as a single tin of 30 strips, a 3-pack with one extra tin free, or a 5-pack with two extra tins free. Pack options appear on each product page.
